Gerry’s 95th birthday was on 24 February 2021 and his son Graham arranged for club members to celebrate the event with drinks and finger food on 26 February at Wembley’s 300 Acres. Graham told us that his father valued the friendship of his golfing friends and lived for his twice-weekly round of golf. President Richard congratulated Gerry on achieving his age whilst still walking 18 holes and regularly playing under his age. Members added their names to a birthday card for him – some photos:
