West Coast Golf Club
We play at Wembley Golf Course, The Boulevard, City Beach, W.A.
Playing Days – Monday and Fridays except for public holidays. The Old Course and Tuart Course are played on alternate weeks. Competitions include Stroke, Stableford, Par, Ambrose, etc.
Tee Off times: we request times approximating 7.00am October – March, 9.00am April – September, with cards to be submitted 20 minutes prior to Tee Off time for a random draw for playing partners. Actual tee-off times are determined by Wembley management and are shown on our fixtures page
Green fees are paid direct to the Wembley Pro Shop
Players contribute $2.00 to daily competition for prize money, nearest to the pin golf balls and club social functions. Of the $2 competition money, approx $1 is returned as prize money/balls and the balance is used to subsidise the cost of social events.
Annual club membership fee $65.00 (as applicable for the year Nov 2022 to Oct 2023, reviewed annually). Membership includes affiliation to Golf Australia, Golf Link with an official Golf Australia handicap.
West Coast Golf Club has a maximum handicap of 36.
New members with no Australian Golf Handicap are required to enter score cards for 3 stroke rounds to establish a handicap
Golf Link recognises the best 8 game average score of 20 games played to establish a true Golf Australia handicap.
Annual trophies are presented at the end of the year Christmas function.
