Putting with the flag in the hole

Recent changes to the rules of golf were made to speed up play around the course – ‘Ready Golf’.  One of the changes was to permit players to putt at the hole without first removing the flag.  There followed debate as to whether or not putting with the flag in place improved chances of sinking your putt.  This short video aims to remove the doubt in favour of putting with the flag in place, at least in most circumstances, and it does speed up the game!
