President’s Trophy Results 9 June 2023

The President’s Trophy, played for annually, was donated to WCGC by past President Richard Russell in 2021. The inaugural competition was won by Steve Huckle and last year Ian Johnson took the honours. This year’s turnout was a little disappointing with quite a few members being away or overseas and others put off by the weather and/or illness.
Congratulations to this year’s winner, Alan Smith who won on a last 6 hole count back from Rolfe Heldt. Both are seen in the photo with current president David Hayes
