The club competition on 13 February was stroke and putts,pl ayed on the Old Course is in hot sunny conditions. The stroke winner was Mike Spencer with a net 69, followed home by Graham Guy 71 and Tony Fisk 72. Alan Smith had the least putts – 27. Four players tied with 36 putts each for the most putts – John Campbell, Tom Guthrie, Graham McHarrie and Steve Parkinson. The Fergus McDuff Trophy was awarded to Tom Guthrie who, on count-back, had the most putts on the second nine.
